Delivery FAQs

📦When will my order be dispatched?

We dispatch Monday to Friday excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed before 1pm (Mon–Thu) or 11am (Fri) go out the same day. Orders after cut-off, or on weekends, ship the next working day.

🔍Do I get a tracking number?

Yes — all shipments include tracking. UK orders are sent Signed For with tracking; international orders use Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed.

📍Can I change my delivery address after ordering?

Contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can update the address only if your order has not yet been dispatched.

📬What if my order hasn't arrived?

Royal Mail 1st Class can take up to 3–5 days in busy periods. If it hasn't arrived within 10 working days of dispatch, contact us and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

🌍Do you ship internationally?

Yes — we ship to every country worldwide at a flat £16.50 using Royal Mail International Tracked & Signed. All orders are packaged in rigid protective packaging for safe arrival.
