Your discount depends on your tier. Every approved account starts on Bronze with a trade rate set on your account. As your cumulative spend grows over a rolling 12 months you’re promoted automatically: Silver at £500+ (15% off), Gold at £2,000+ (18% off), and Platinum at £10,000+ (25% off). The discount always applies to your order subtotal.
Is signing up free, and am I committed to anything?
Yes — it’s completely free to sign up and there’s no obligation. The application is a short form: your company name, what you do, and an estimated monthly volume. There are no fees and no minimum order to keep your account.
Do I need to enter a coupon code?
No — never. Once your trade account is approved, just log in with your trade email and the discount is applied to your subtotal automatically the moment your basket loads. There are no codes to copy or paste, on any order.
